Thank you for your acquisition. We hope you are happy with our services. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be requested within seven (3) days of the possession date. If a customer changes mind before us doing the actual process of (sending documentation to the embassy). the payments made to the third party from this website: www.tcevc.com. Such as Englis test fees will not return back.
The Fees paid for the online classes registered with our company if a client is not satisfied can request a refund back within 3 days of payment.

REFUNDS
After receiving your email and inspecting the reason for your refund request, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCEPTIONS
If the customer already receives their granted services, in that case, the refund will not be admitted.
